Very nice hotel clean with a nice pool

Unfortunately, most of the stuff, even if they have tried to be kind, they could not speak proper language, and it was very difficult to communicate, even if they try their best, but still, we had a few problems except one person

The room was good and clean

The breakfast options were limited

Lack hot water in shower, unaware had to switch on the immersion heater on arrival. Resulting in cold morning showet

The breakfast was freshly prepared and passably tasty. Not too gastronomically appealing but good enough to please the palate. The hotel manager was not a nice person and for some reason kept talking my friend down just because she is a woman. The staff otherwise were prompt, helpful, and very courteous. It's just that the manager (Madanlal) knocked the hospitability aspect down several notches.

The manager could have been better, honest, and more courteous to a paying customer. He didn't like it when a lady, my friend, asked him to refund our money because he wouldn't allow her on the hotel premises after checking her in on account of an obscure policy that they don't allow locals. After raising attention to their folly of the fact that they were responsible to ensure this during check in, the manager talked down to my friend and police her morally.

There was no hygiene maintained and after giving so many reminders to clean the room, person didn't turned out

It wasn't my first time at Hotel kaner bagh, in fact i stayed there back in 2019 that time hotel was in course of some renovation work, still I loved it!!!! This time it was even better All new in white and black marbles, lovely and clean rooms.Awesome cortyad and restaurant with delicious foods!!!!!!And - above all frendly and helpful staff. I would give 20 stars iut of 10!!!!

It was beautifully decorated. The Staff was extremely helpful, the food was great and we had a wonderful stay there.

What a fabulous location in Udaipur. The room was very comfortable and had all the amenities you required. We stayed as part of a tour but thoroughly enjoyed our time. the meals were all perfect with plentiful choices for breakfast and lunch.Specially Smoked paneer chilli and Mashroom Galouti kebab

We liked the hospitality and ambiance of the place . The courtyard was the best part of the property . Staff is very helpful and courteous. Food options are to good and taste is amazing .Rooms are spacious with heritage interior . Beautiful corridors and calm ambiance 100% recommended

Very well-maintained hotel with excellent and hygienic food selection. The staff are extremely polite and take care of all your needs. Special shout out to Mr. BALARAM from the restaurant who personally looks after the needs of all customers. Must try their in House Rose Petals ice-cream.

The service and food was very good and the staff here are so well behaved will love to be here everytime visit udaipur definitely best place to stay in udaipur. The beautifully structured interiors give both a modern and a heritage vibe. If you are looking for a good ambiance and pure veg restaurant do visit Kaner Bagh. The staff, especially at night, is extremely rude. They have issues when we buy food from outside since they call us on an extension and ask us to deliver it to other rooms. When I asked the reception the same guy who called me to clean the room or get the plates for the food we ordered from the hotel, he didn't respond for an hour, so we had to clean our room and put the plates outside so that when they arrived, they could take them from outside. The morning crew was helpful.

Our guests said the toilets were terrible, the place was not clean they had no facilities had to keep asking for everything. Not worth that much money for sure !

Good location. Staff helped to load and unload the luggage. Restaurant inside the hotel was very expensive.

Washrooms were pretty old and not seemed very clean. Late night parties in the hotel were disturbing. My room was next to reception counter that was pathetic.

The property is a bit contradictory, some parts are really fine while others leave a lot to be desired. Common spaces are generally good but the rooms are pretty basic.

Rooms are not that great but good enough if you can get it for cheap.

We stayed for three nights. The hotel has a very nice decor. The lobby and the lounge are spacious and beautiful. The hotel is also clean. It’s a pure veg hotel ( no eggs either) and the breakfast has lots of options. It’s very close to Saheliyon ki Bari and decently close to Fatehsagar Lake. It’s in the new part of Udaipur so a lot of the main attractions are very far away from the hotel; but on the plus side, it’s quieter.

The rooms are small. Our room was supposed to have a ‘view’ but all we had was a building next to us. Their payment policy on Booking does not reflect that they expect 50% payment in advance. But they do and they contact you for the same.

It was an amazing stay at Kaner Bagh. Loved the modern-old school vibe. It was a luxury in budget. Love the courtyard and swimming pool arena, and the dining setup.
